  4. Exam Dates – The dates for the written part of the exam are fixed by Cambridge Assessment English and cannot be changed. The dates for the oral part are determined by the exam center.

  5. Exam Schedule – Approximately one week before the exam date, candidates will receive an email from noreply@cambridgeenglish.org with the exam schedule (Confirmation of Entry). Upon receiving this email, candidates should check the registration details listed in the schedule and immediately contact the exam center office at asistentka@zkouskypark.cz in case of any discrepancies. If you do not receive the email within the specified time, contact Cambridge P.A.R.K. immediately.

  6. Cancellation of Registration – Candidates who cancel their registration before the end of the regular registration period are entitled to a refund of the exam fee. A cancellation fee of 800 CZK will be charged to cover the administrative costs of the exam center. Cancellation of registration after the end of the regular registration period is not possible.

  7. Change of Exam Date – Changing the date, level, or location of the exam is possible only before the end of the regular registration period and is subject to an administrative fee of 500 CZK. Candidates can only be transferred to dates where regular registration is still open and capacity is not yet filled. Changing the exam date after the regular registration period has ended is only possible for medical reasons.

  8. Mandatory Photographing – On the day of the oral part of the exam, all candidates for Cambridge English B2 First (except for the "for Schools" version), C1 Advanced, and C2 Proficiency exams will be photographed. The photos will be placed only on the secure "Results Verification Service" page. By registering for the exam, the candidate consents to this process. For candidates under 18 years old, their legal guardian must complete the consent form, which the candidate must bring to the exam.

  9. Withdrawal or Failure to Attend the Exam – Candidates who fail the exam or do not attend are not entitled to a refund of the exam fee.

  10. Non-Attendance Due to Illness – A candidate who cannot attend the exam due to illness must notify by phone or email no later than the day of the first part of the exam and submit a medical certificate within 3 working days from the date of the written exam.
